Wonderful app for explaining to patients and families where there injuries are.
Details
I love the ease of use and massive amount of information accessible in this app, yet the weakness is in details and functional graphics related to things like vestibular nerve. Its good and very useful, but Id like to see more detail.
Not complete
Quite good interface but not enough items, not enough complete for this price. No Insular lobe? Locus Niger? Globus pallidus? Spinal cord sections? Impossible to divide the telencephalon, but you have to click on all the teeth to select them. And maybe other problems I havent seen yet
Med student
In general this app is to basic for a med student. The Peripheral nerves are great for viewing 3D and how they relate to other structures. But the brain component of it is terrible! It only has the most basic structures (pons, midbrain, medulla, etc) for instance the thalamus is not subdivided by nuclei, I was hoping to find a 3D version of the brainstem with all the cranial nerve nuclei, I wanted to find the substantia nigra but it wasnt there either. Would be great if you could be more detailed with brain structures, or make sure to market it not for med students.
Disappointing
This app simply doesnt offer the details we should expect from a single system focused app. I have the full Visible Body and would have expected either this to be clearly identified as a component contained within the larger app, or as a more detailed version. Failed on both counts.
